DR. SMITH’S TEA TIME
Dr. Smith’s Tea Time is a relaxed, small-group gathering designed to offer a calm and nourishing pause in the middle of the week. This intimate tea experience brings women together to slow down, connect with one another, and share meaningful conversation.
Each gathering features a guided tasting of an herbal tea, offering a simple and sensory way to experience plants traditionally used in herbal practice. Guests will enjoy seasonal fruit and pastries in a welcoming, unhurried setting.
This is not a formal class, but rather a gentle space for conversation, community, and connection through the ritual of tea.

Cost: $44 per guest

Meeting #2
Join Dr. Elleanor Smith, a naturopathic doctor, live online for an evening of cooking, connection, and shared experience.
Participants will receive a digital recipe guide featuring nutritional insights and stories, then gather virtually as we prepare the recipe together in real time. This event is designed to make cooking feel more meaningful while creating space to connect with family and loved ones, no matter where they are.
The recipe guide will be sent to participants 72 hours before the event, giving you time to review the recipe and gather ingredients. A google meet invite will also be sent 72 hours before the event.
Invite friends, family members, or loved ones from across the country and share the experience of preparing a meal together.
Ticket Includes:
• Live virtual cooking session with Dr. Smith
• Digital recipe and nutrition guide (protein focus: TBA; meal focus: spring-time detox)
Cost: $10
Tickets are non-refundable as the digital guide will be sent to all registered participants regardless of attendance.

Yes, the recipe guide will provide insights for dietary restrictions along with suggested accommodations. The live-stream cooking will follow a single recipe, but participants are encouraged to cook their meals according to their needs.

It is a surprise! :) The protein focus will be chicken, and the meal focus will be spring-time detox. You will receive your recipe guidebook 72 hours before the event so you have time to obtain your ingredients.

To promote comfortability of participants and free sharing, the event will not be recorded.

One ticket per household! Meaning, if there are 3 people cooking together in one location, only one ticket needs to be purchased. However, if family members are in different locations requiring multiple recipe guides and google meet links, then each individual will need to register separately. Sharing of guidebook and google meet link is not permitted.

Join a guided nature walk led by naturopathic doctor, Dr. Elleanor Smith, combining movement, education, and time outdoors. This event is part of Dr. Smith’s Hike Club: a small-group series centered on medicinal plant identification and outdoor wellness.
Together, we’ll explore local landscapes while learning to identify medicinal plants in their natural habitat. Each walk highlights a single plant family, offering a focused, practical approach to understanding plant characteristics, traditional uses, and botanical classification.
Designed as an intimate group experience, this walk offers both hands-on learning and space to reset; supporting connection to nature, community, and your own well-being.
