Hello, and Welcome!

At the root of my practice is my great-grandmother, my namesake, Eleanor Grace Goggin. A woman that brought so much love to her family and her community. A woman who understood the value of a solid foundation, one that allows individuals to navigate life’s challenges with greater steadiness, and still make room for joy, purpose, connection, and rest.

My path to naturopathic medicine began with a desire to better understand what it truly means to be well. In a culture saturated with conflicting wellness advice, rigid health ideals, and pressure to do more, I was drawn to a model of care that honors the whole person, not just symptoms.

Through my training at Bastyr University, where I completed both my naturopathic medical degree and a master’s in counseling psychology, I came to believe that lasting wellness is rarely found in quick fixes. More often, it is built slowly and intentionally through the foundations that support resilience, clarity, and sustainable healing over time.

I want to help other high-achieving women build that same kind of foundation so they can navigate stress, burnout, and overwhelm with greater confidence and support.

Who are, “high-achieving women?” These are women who carry a great deal. Women who are thoughtful, capable, driven, and often deeply relied upon by others. Women who are building careers, raising children, caregiving, leading, healing, creating, managing households, showing up for their communities, and holding more than most people realize.

My work is rooted in the belief that these women deserve care that is both clinically thoughtful and deeply supportive. Care that helps them feel more at home in their bodies, more steady in their nervous systems, and more connected to the life they are building.

Today, I work with women who are navigating stress, burnout, overwhelm, and the often invisible toll of carrying so much. Together, we focus on restoring balance and creating the kind of foundation that allows one not only to function well, but to be well.

With care,

Dr. Elleanor Grace Smith, ND, MA
